Hi experts. Whats involved in converting 250 to 350. Are pipes carbs and oil pump all different. How do i identify the different parts. Cheers

Cheers Yes, Yes & Yes. 350 pipes have a 0 stamped on the rear of the hanger bracket & originally had either an orange or pink paint dot on the bracket in a similar position. Carbs are stamped 4L0-00 or 4L0-01. Oil pump should have a yellow paint dot & be fitted with the correct internal gearing to suit the coarser 350 worm drive. HTH OEB

You will also need a fat wallet for the 350 top end

Final drive sprockets different I am pretty sure. Whole back wheel is different on 2/350's .

Cylinders, head, head gasket. pistons, rings, gudgeon pins, small end bearings.
Oil pump, carbs, exhausts.
That is enough to get you going.
