Sorry to disappoint a few of you, its not something big bore/go faster.
I want my hybrid to look a bit standard so I asked a true craftsman if he would make me a front mud guard out of aluminium.
As you can see the front quadrant is not as full as the back one, which niggles me but if I did make it bigger I think it would look even worse due to the fork/mudguard fastening place.
I also have a inner mud guard which I still have to finish off as I have to make places on it for the battery, ingnitech unit and some other bits for the loom.
Looks more like a strange flat fish than a inner guard ha ha
Here it is fitted.

Hi Steeley the end finish will be Marsbar at the moment it is brushed ally, The liners are for a power valve engine they came with a box of engine bits i bought. Got no plans for these, i was measuring them up for reference because i want to make some 350 barrels from some 250 barrels. Never done this before so you have to start somewhere. Gonna send them to the metalurgical department for them to identify the material. unless some one on here knows what material it is???

Some very talented people about. Top work. The man is an ex racer, and now due to the cafe racer scene he is going flat out making one off seats etc, Today he was busy making a series of Laverda tanks with two filler caps. He is also not so expensive, but i think that might change as he has too much work.

Hi Awesome skills. I think your front muddie looks great as it is, and really suits that front end. Dusty

Handy chap to know Tony Bet thiers more English wheels around Than people who can use one Carl I had a go shaping some aluminium sheet on my mates English wheel , very difficult to do , hard work and excruciatingly painful when you run your finger into it. David

Hey.looks good.what forks are u running Thanks kman. They are very early R6 forks, If i did it again i think i would go for 41mm instead of 43mm sometimes i think they look just too chunky.
