I'm wondering what the rest of the bike looked like that it came off!
Very 80's IMO.

I think it would go great with my black and purple block pattern bodywork. Think we need to do a photo shoot John? Maybe we could get a girl with a wooden leg, billy-bob teeth and a hunch back to drape herself over it; are any of my ex-girlfriends still around Tain? How's your back btw?

That seat cover would be the worst ever..............if it was for a Gullableari seat. They are to bike seats what Tracey Emin is to art.

Hard to beat an Rd400 I bought a long time ago... The leaflet that accompanied the seat reads: "A sumptuous "Chesterfield" inspired creation from the Stevie Wonder Design studios, crafted from the finest leatherette, and sculpted by the craftsmen at the RNIB, this seat is the last word in comfort. The deep buttoned pockets are handy for keeping loose change, sandwiches and spare spark plugs in for your journey and we guarantee our seat will long outlast your shitty 2 stroke" !! There was also a disclaimer that reads " We accept no liability for Testicular injury from hard braking should your knackers be caught in one of the "deep buttoned pockets". Please wear tight trousers when using this Chesterfield seat" Don't know if the firm are still in existence, but I've never seen another like it. Regards Dusty

Dusty that is awesome, great product instruction, something many new product forget to include.
I think you need to change the 400 colours to gold metal flake and maroon frame, the seat should feel at home then!!
Could be a good thread publishing helpful instructions
Cheers

I'm not sure if they are still around Russel, but not to worry we won't have to look hard to find a substitute of equal or lower measure! Been for my MRI last week and waiting now to hear about surgery, hope its gonna be soon! Cheers

I think the real tragedy of my 'Chesterfield' seat is that it's been done really well and is in great condition... It's been lowered slightly by having the foam shaved out...
Pity that I don't have a bike to suit it..!

I don't think any of these seats looks any worse than a Giuliari seat. Horrible things.
