Could do with some pics. I had loads of problems with tarrozi rear sets on my hybrid ended up junking them they are far from the best. If you post pics it might help for others to advise you, atb

The reason it won't bleed is because the bleed nipples on the Lockheed are at the bottom so you're never gonna get the air out. You need to bleed it with the caliper off the bike with the caliper positioned with the nipples at the top. You'll also need something between to stop the pistons coming right out. An R1 master cylinder is basically the same as a YPVS so won't be any better. Having said that, the positioning of the master cylinder does look wrong, it appears too high and far back. You really need a new mounting bracket to bring it down and forwards so the actuating lever on the rearsets will be pushing more upwards.

The pushrod into the master needs to be straight and not at an angle, so it slides in easily. you will fix that issue with a new bracket or adapting the one you have with some grinding and a new mounting hole.
The caliper bleeding is as has been said above, the nipple lets the air bubble out, air bubbles rise, hence you need the nipple at the top to bleed them.
