Thanks Donkeychomp.
Tobyjugs, i'm not going to do too much more to the engine on this one, i'm really pleased with the power it makes at the moment.
Thanks, Loudpipes, no i can't wait! The excitement is building, but my knee is limiting my movement and i still have to wait for all the bodywork to come back.
So, i have the bike back, with the new pipes, will post some pics if it stops raining!!

Ahh I know the answer mouse, you need a strong fireman or even xfireman to lean her over for you with an empty tank and have a good old look around that way it should give you enough confidence to try to get your knee down with a fresh pair of knee sliders so you have the biggest clearance ?? Can we have a nice side picture please :-)

Plenty of clearance there mouse, and best of all more power just from pipes. i would go stubbys tho.

Hi mate Pipes look awesome , really nice. It would be good if you could post 2 side profile pics together - one with the PF pipes and one with Mutt's, just to show the difference in profile. And 14bhp power gain in the range where you need it is just fantastic I can always whip the 6 inch cans off mine if you want an idea of looks but they may be the same length as the ones you have ?? Getting near now Dusty

I'm not using the rear part of the mudguard, however if it is not fitted it just leaves a hole. So decided to put my new dremel to use and make an undertray. Bought some perspex sheet and after lots of filing, cutting and shaping, ended up with this And fitted Nothing else to do now except wait for the bodywork, going to be a long few weeks! Mouse

What rear Brembo brake caliper model number or bike is it from please. It is a Brembo P2 caliper with 84mm mounting hole centres. The caliper and hanger are for an RGV 250 VJ22 Mouse

Mouse that is a brilliant idea. Hope you don't mind if I copy it Alex Of course not, cheers Alex. It is 3mm perspex, it has some flex in it and is very easy to work. Mouse

Hi Mouse, cracking job, what battery are you using, L-ion? Cheers, Andy. Yes, it is a 'JMT' Lith-ion, it is ridiculously light, i think the cardboard box it came in weighs the same as the battery! Mouse

Hi mate I weighed a Pv Motobatt battery against my Lithium that I had on a Pv project. Motobatt was 2.5 kg. Lithium was 420 grams if I remember correctly - over 2kg lighter !! So you can eat some more pies safe in the knowledge the bike will have an improved power to weight ratio !! And I love the hoses and brake lines - they look so right. But what were you thinking with that green paddock stand !! Aargh, why would you draw attention to yourself with a GREEN paddock stand !! Looking really great now mate. Certainly set the standard for 31k hybrids Dusty

Cheers Dusty, yes the battery is sooooo light and it charges in minutes!
Yes, i like the hoses and brake lines too, that's the beauty of this forum, each to his/her own, the only person anyone should worry about pleasing is themselves!
Sorry about the stand!! I have three paddock stands and this is the only one that lifts the RGV wheel clear of the floor, i think the RGV stand bobbins are quite high.
All the best

I did forget to say the rest looks great, and to be fair, It was a question. To my eye it looks a little odd, I know I'm not alone here. Sometimes It's good to have a different opinion.

Nice bike!
Just remember to allow for fork compression and shock compression when checking ground clearance, as my LC pipes look clear, but touch down under heavy breaking into a sharp bend (Cadwell hairpin and Barn corner).
