Can you obtain the round shiney plates with a slot for the key for lc seat locks ? I have a couple of messy ones that work with the key but look like have been screwdrivered in a past life, petrol cap ones look a similar size too ?

I think we have a load of barrel locks at work, not sure if they are the same obviously, but where is the little flap located on the cover or the ign switch?? Will have a look when I'm back, anyone got some dimensions?? lets hope they haven't been chucked out, which seems to happen a lot now, 'gotta keep the place clean' don't want any 'slips trips and falls'

If you remove them you can usually flatten them back out with a flat surface and a flat punch and some gentle taps.

Hi Bare, I'm guessing it's the stainless, circular disc, that covers the top of the lock barrel, with the slot for the key to go through. 2 of mine look pretty butchered. Good luck if you can sort them lads, put me down for a set.

If your happy to send it to me. I have a laser welder for jewellery repairs and have done the odd repair on stainless so rips or holes should repair ok. Only smaller parts as the chamber only takes parts to a certain size
