Hi lads as above Bought new black washers from Yamaha for this but still seems to be leaking down the threads it's a pv tap on Lc tank . Any advice on this would be great cheers

I Always Put A Bit Of Yambond/Threebond On The Screws & Try To Keep The Petrol Away While It Goes Off A Bit

I put a o ring on each bolt, stopped my leaks.

Had the same issue last week. Put some fuel resistant gasket sealer on the threads. Let it go off a bit then put them back in. Works so far.

i put fibre washers on and that fixed it for me

I always fit genuine bolts & washers & never had any leaks.

Hmmm I too fit gen New fibre washers .. still seeped fuel .. Grrr. Put Threebond on the screw threads and the problem hasn't resurfaced... in 6 years use.
