Is it possible to fit LED bulbs in the standard LC indicator pods

Dunno never tried TBH. Reg Bulbs are enough trouble. That said, local autoparts shops sell exact replacement (same bases, same overall dimensions as the reg bulbs) LED bulb things. For increasingly affordable prices.

Have a led tail light bulb in the standard holder which works OK, so can't see why the indicators wouldn't be the same.

If you fit led bulbs in the indicators there's a high chance you will either have to replace the relay or fit resistors to the indi's to get the correct flash rate I believe for MOT its 60 - 120 times a minuite.

You need to get correct wattage relay for the indicators, you can use a 2 pin I will have to check the wires colours but it's quite simple. Why do you want LEDs anyway?

Maybe the aftermarket ones I have don't seem that bright
Mine are black inside and have seen some which have silver paint in to help reflect the light
Shall I just buy some silver spray !

Headcoats, I bought some chrome spray from Wilko to do my pattern indicators.
Worked surprisingly well.

Before spraying the insides try putting baking tin foil inside to see if they look any brighter should give you a good idea of what they will look like if you spray them
