Would it be worth more if the clocks were mounted below the top yoke though?

no, but it might look a tiny bit better LOL
The leaking tank is a bummer, but at least the seller and whoever repaired it didnt try to hide it, that or they realised theyd never match the orange paint.
The blue AC in the background in the shots is more attractive for sure...

Ive still got a pair of ace bars when l had a x7 put them on my z650 and lc changed the bike feel instantly been in my garage 30 years now and still looking good
