Hi all
not sure how to go with my hybrid
Ive managed to save up a few quid and im not sure what way to go
Ive already got some 28mm PWK copies to go on so
I can either
Buy a 392cc athena kit
or
Get a
Mad Biker Designs Torque head, Bob Farnham Tune for my barrels, and some V Force 4 Reeds
Any help would be appreciated
Cheers
Mark

Disassemble your Fake PWKS and fit genuine Keihin jets.. at least. Genuine PWKs are a doddle to jet/setup. Fakes are not.

Would need new pipes for a 392 as headers are different
If going to be used on the road I'd rather have power valves to keep the bottom end
70 rwhp achievable with a tuned valve motor
Yes you can get more from a 392 but not much below 7k

You don't need the fancy head. You can get your standard head modified to get the correct squish and volume :-)
A Zeeltronic ignition system is good to have, as you can adjust ignition and power valves to get the best from whatever else you have fitted.
What pipes are those you have fitted?

Shame about the pipes. They may limit what can be attained with this engine.
I would go for a Zeeltronic as the next step and get the bike setup properly on a dyno with gas analyser and an operator that knows how to optimize the ignition and powervalve settings.

If you want the maximum power from your engine, you will need to look into some TSA exhausts.
