Trying to do a heat cycle today bike starts second kick runs fine warms up choke off runs for another 30 seconds ten conks out ,won't start unless on choke soons a s it's off choke conks out .Air circuit brass balls oot?

Thanks I'll do that The jets are new maybe crap left over from vapour blasting it ran ok the last time I ran it Forgot to say when it conks out its like it's run out of fuel

So when you say it sounds like its run out fuel... Have you checked bowls to see if there is fuel in them?

No not yet but starts instantly on choke Using a remote tank with lid off so no vacuum

Does sound like blocked pilots
The problem with vapour blasting is the residue that is left behind
They bloke I use uses such fine bead that you get a silky feeling when you rub it between your fingers.
Still finding pockets of it

i did`nt know that you could remove and replace with new brass balls. i`m assuming they need to be drilled out?

Removed choke side carb to check it out,found the carb top half off could this cause my symptoms ?gave it a clean and checked float hight while I was at it there might have been something in the pilot but I didn't have my specs ,if there was its not there now,I'll check the other tomorrow.
