hi folks, has anyone done a shift star modification, or fitted one of the shift pro kits, or know where i can get one from in the uk please, many thanks.

Plenty on ebay and from the ATV sellers as this is a banshee mod part, Ive got them in my bikes, great bit of kit. You can also round off your old parts to get a similar result, a few guys have done that on the forums if you have a search.

Geeez Just diy it... it's a 15/20 min job. Fit your OEM star to a board with a bolt as the things axle. Then present it to a grinding wheel. Rotate the star .. grinding the points off all the teeth (except the notched Neutral one) to the same diameter, removing the sharp points. End result should be a series of roundhills, not points for a reference image google or look up the star shape used on Newer Yamahas Fettle to finish the edges. Job Done. Some fit a 'better' bearing roller wheel. Waste 'O time in My experiences.
