But anyway its the storage issue that still exists Phone them, they were doing them last week, I had heard about them from a welsh bike forum a few had bought, and a mate was there last week buying tyres and he noticed them for sale.. they were 100% doing them for £200 notes..

I was talking to someone the other day that had just bought a small hydraulic ramp. He realised when he got it home it wasn't wide enough for a paddock stand. Might be worth bearing in mind.

I like the look of that Sealey, great for small garages where you cant leave it down all the time. The only thing that worried me was the lack of lock on the 'seat/ramp' for when you sit on it and reach for a spanner...

I've found that a Fairly cheap Hyd Engine lift arm is Really good as a Lift. Using straps to the lift eye and steadying ratchet straps to the rafters. The bike gets solidly locked in at whatever Height is wanted. I use it cuz I have it, as the real reason. Needs must. Also find that equiptment really eats up the shrinking space in My garage. So there's No buying yet more space wasting contraptions.

For once Bare,i agree with the engine hoist. Mainly cause i have a real nice one & some benches that are abit lower than waist height & end up being perfect working height for me.

I have an easy riser from on-bike.com They are great and dont take much room up, well recommended if your short on space, you can remove front and rear wheels and suspension safely Made in UK as well. !

My mates father in law makes the eazy riser lift, and I did have one a while back, in fact the prototype they made I think, but I sold it a few years ago and agree its a good bit of kit, but just fancy a bench of some sorts now.

Looked at that one, but not as transportable to shift out the way, does not fold in half like the sealey and also its another 50% cost wise.
