Hi guys, took my rhs carb of as it overflowed recently then wouldn't run on right cylinder unless chock on so assumed carb must have a blocked pilot jet, anyway put em in the ultrasonic and when putting em back together I noticed the emulsion tube /nozzle thingy was missing , cant understand how bike ran so well , anyway I found it , squashed to death down in its hole in the float bowl, weirdest thing ive seen in a while and cant figure it out, its must have happened on previous owners watch as its first time ive been into the carbs on my Marsbar 4l0 , the carbs are marked 4l0 00 , Anyone have a decent float bowl they are willing to sell preferably with the nozzle You can see it squished down into the orifice
Still cant figure out how bike was running so well without it

Just checked a spare set of 31k carbs and the nozzle thing you refer to is only fitted to the LH side carb as it's part of the choke circuit. Looks to me as the float bowl you have got in your top photo is the one for the LH/Choke knob side carb as the brass bit in the orifice is the choke jet. Quite a common and easy mistake to make when you strip the carbs. Think someone on here has some photos of the two floatbowls and the difference between the two.
