I guess you are talking brake caliper piston??. You can use compressed air where the banjo bolt is fitted or fit the master cylinder, bleed it and use hydraulic pressure pump it out

Or even try a grease gun on it, if you don't have access to compressed air. This can sometimes be quick and simple. Good luck.

grease gun worked for me, extremely messy to clean up afterwards, but the safest way, I tried air compressor before and still have the dent in the garage wall as evidence, piston flew out of the cliper like a rocket when it finally let go, grease gun was more controlled, but remember to keep your fingers out of harms way!

I have got pistons out with compressed air before and you need a rag to catch the thing and your wits about you.i bought a caliper piston removal kit it fits most stuff and is safer.lazer I think or sealey .

have reassembled and used hydraulic pressure to move pistons before now .put toolmakers clamp over free pistons and pump out piston with master cylinder

Got mine out by getting a blow lamp on and around the piston, after a few minutes and some smoke got a pair of pliers on it and it came straight out, piston was knackered and new one came with seals so no issues about melting them.
