Would like to purchase a new set of headlight brackets for my yellow 4L0-brid. Like the look of THESE but not available in the correct fork clamp diameter (44-45mm). Looking for recommendations on where find a supplier. TIA OEB

Could you not just machine them out to the correct diameter ? looks like there should be enough material on them.

Try NK Racing, as I think he has made some in the past.

OEB If you don't have access to a lathe then just use a half round file. You're only needing to take 0.5 to 1mm off, and its only headlamp brackets, you don't need absolute precision.

Hi Nigel Mine were £60.00 from M&P. The black ones in your link look good value. I've got some thin rubber you could use between the clamps and the forks if you did get them Dusty

Looks like without being here Ive already given 2 votes to Mike, and here is a 3rd... As yes, I love my headlight brackets and he did a great job and much cheaper than the other options if you want the CNC look.
I like the look of Dusty's M&Ps, but Ive never seen them on their site. Are they CNC alloy Dusty? tho its probably a moot point if they dont sell em anymore. :/

Hi My headlight brackets were from M&P Direct and cost £59.99. They are described as "Polished alloy streetfighter custom projector headlight brackets" ! The M&P code is 599528 if that helps. I bought some 5mm rubber sheet and cut thin strips to wrap around the polished fork legs before clamping the brackets on, both to take up a bit of slack and also protect the legs, and give the headlamp some damping. I am really pleased with them and they are well made and strong. Dusty

Type 1 are a split version which can be fitted without removing the top yoke. Type 2 are similar but are a solid ring that fits around the fork leg & requires the top yoke to be removed. HTH OEB

Unfortunately I've had to buy mor material science OEB enquired , hadn't realised how much it had risen To put you in the picture
The split clamp brackets compose of 10 machined pieces , the billet for the split clamps , 8 parts is £8.62 a bit + vat + delivery The sheet for the headlamp brackets is £68 or a 1m x.5 m bit , enough to do 20 brackets plus vat and del
Add the overheads software cutters and machining time and you get the picture
OEB enquired , then never came back , I guess I was too expensive for him , his loss Mike
