Haynes manual states 25psi front - 28psi rear for normal riding .... 28 front & 32 rear for high speed ... Personally I run 26 f & 28 r all the time

Depends on which tyres you are running and for what purpose (track or road). Check the tyre manufacturers websites for their recommended pressures, as they are not all the same.
Bridgestone recommended pressures for BT45s on a 4L0 are 33psi front and 36psi rear

30/32 psi on Mine as it handles poorly at lower pressures.

You should take into account how much the rider weighs aswell

Some tyres have softer side walls, so need a higher pressure to compensate for this.
