Will it work i wunder i have a 200cc liner for a banchee . Im going to see if i can cram it in the 125 and some how line up the ports.
Should be fast if it will fit

what barrel? mk1/2 or mk3ypvs?

MK1/2. The 5mm longer MK3 would not work i think. I will have to wate untill i get a srap barrel. as a while back i had all my barrels rebored with now piston and rings. and i dont what to use one of them.
Scrap 125 barrels come up all the time . so it will be done by the summer im sure .

you could use barrel spacers to lift the barrel up and get top of barrel skimmed as well to get the port timing right ie piston at bdc then add the barrel spacer till the front edge of piston crown is flush with the bottom of exhaust port turn engine over to tdc then see where piston is scribe a line in bore then get that much skimmed off the top, i run a ypvs barrel and head on a mk1 lc

I am sure I have seen a red 125lc with a white frame before. Can't be too many around. Now where could that have possibly been Was it ..........

a 200cc motor uses a 57mm stroke with a 66mm piston ie sdr 200
