Ok,
I have been looking at how the carbs should be set up but I have some questions,
Ok I know where the main jet is but cannot figure out the rest,
Where us the air jet and how is this changed? Same about the pilot jet, How do I know which needle I have?
Is the 240 main jet standard for the 350 ypvs F1?
Think mine has 220 fitted ...

Someone will hopefully help you out with a pic of the inside of a carb to identify the bits you ask about - I don't have a set myself but the cavalry are on their way In the meantime this might help: rdlccrazy.proboards.com/thread/7098/jetting-carbs

31k uk carbs usually have a 240 main but is typically on the rich
Have seen imports with 220 mains and run fine.
If you look at the inside of the car you can see the main jet. Near it you will see a hole with what looks like a brass screw deep in it. This is the pilot jet.
The air jet is on the side of the car beside the idle screw. It is a taper that when you screw it in restricts air through the passage.
Needles usually have very small writing on them at the upper end.

Kostas Remember to take the emulsion tubes out to clean them. To remove you undo the main jet and take the washer off before loosely refitting the jet. Then tap on the jet and it should slide through the carb Steve

Would like to run a 400 kit on a 350 ypvs but don't know what to do for carbs any one have any idea s ? Most common upgrade is keihin pwk 28's from a kr1s but norbo now does bigger carbs in the site shop. Got the pwk's on my 385 with good results. The standard carbs are good for over 70 horse. Steve

Steve Hey Steve, So found the jets as you advised, Is there an air jet and an air screw? I fould the adjuster beside the idle screw, now is the air jet or air screw? Are those the same? Kostas
