That pair are finer than any pair that have graced a page 3. Don't let the bottom inspectors (rd police) give you any stick about the chromed grab rail

They both look very fine to me. Something to aspire to on my rebuild!

Both lovely Lc's. But surely the house is the best place for an Lc - it's gonna get cold in a garage ! Dusty

So very true Dusty, thing is I want to smell the 2-stroke....been away for way too long to resist the urge for regular start ups (yeah sad I know).

My garage is on the side of the house, but is only half a garage - it being divided in half for an office space too. I rebuilt it all last year as I needed a new boiler, new gas pipes into the house etc. I went to town on the garage - 3" stud work all around, fully insulated, then 3/4 chipboard walls and a 1/2" ply ceiling. New concrete floor with wooden bearers, underfloor insulation, 3/4 ply and then carpet tiles ! Finally, the biggest double rad I could fit in the space under the bench. It's a small garage but the warmest room in the house. I have to keep stopping the missus trying to put the clothes airers in there . If I didn't have a rad valve in there it would be too hot Dusty

I have several heat pumps in my garage/workshop and loads of PV panels on the roof, so usage/cost is not an issue for me - toasty this time of year when I get them going......
