bike in bits advertised as 350 says not matching 4l0 unless my eyes are worse than i thought pictures show both 4l1

Just noticed that,so its a non matching 250 then,very vague an no pics either? But says he's already got a 350 so knows the difference?

Is it just me or do these bore look a tad small for a 350 Not the best comparison photo but best I could find with out stripping my motor LOL OEB

He has changed to 4l1 not matching,so it is a 250

It's still listed as a 350 to try and catch someone but he's put 4l1 in the description to cover his arse?

I sent a message to the seller: The 4L1 is a 250 as you probably already know, but you have put RD350LC in your listing title .. the photo showing the barrels/pistons are clearly of a 250LC (54mm bore), so you are selling a 250LC with non-matching engine and frame numbers and not a 350 as stated? If you are unsure then could you measure the bore diameter before I place a bid? Thanks I'll post his reply if I get one ..

I asked him to confirm the motor was 350 & he stated he had been informed it was 250 but could not edit the listing OEB

That's true - once bids are made the title can't be changed. Doesn't stop him adding to the item description though!

Looks like the frame is cracked on the headstock above and to the right of the numbering, and a dent to the left of the crack. At £1k plus............
