So I have run my 350 ypvs a few time now after engine rebuild. It seems to burn a lot of fuel.. Put 250 ml in an external tank and run the bike for 5-7 minutes at idle and up to 3000 rpm and the fuel is gone Is this normal? Thanks Kostas

20 - 28 mins to burn 1tr. That's 91 - 127mins for a gallon. But the engine isn't under load. Your going to be burning more than that if your on the road.

:-) Geeez a 1/4 cup's worth. All that huh !?? I often burn through a half tank of 94 during an after dinner/evening ride. Honda Cubs are far more Frugal with Fuel .. I've been told.
