Hi guys How do I fix this head if I don't have a drawing of the combustion shape, or should I leave it as is? Cheers Mark

Its not that bad the bike will run with this . However you can get the head skimed back and the domes re profiled back to standard this costs around £60 to £70 get done

Hi Norbo
The price of shipping from SA to the UK and back is far to expensive, that is why I am looking for the correct dome shape so that I can machine it myself.
Cheers Mark

There must be some one in your area or at least your state that you can send it to .

Cheers Mark Nimbus, Where are you in SA? You can send the head to Tim Bosson (TBR Performance Engineering) in Melkbosstrand, Cape Town. I'm pretty sure he can re-profile the head for you. He is the 2-stroke guru in Cape Town.

Cheers Mark Match the new dome cut to the curve of your intended pistons. Buy the pistons First :-) Oooh and skim the head as 4lo's have a very lo comp ratio/squish aided and abetted by the ridiculously overthick Head gasket.
