Not really sure the best way to describe it but after rebuild my ypvs engine seems quite lethargic and heavy to rev and not as responsive as it should be. Any ideas? I'll try and do a video and upload over the weekend. .

Yeh they are working fine. This is just revving on the stand not driving it

May feel a bit tight if it' needs running in. I'd take it easy for a bit and run it in properly before revving the tits of it

Why don't you check that all bolts are tight... Exhausts, intakes, etc.. If not that then it should be incorrect mixture setting, so we are back to carb setting

Yeh I've done that and all ok. I've checked the air screws are fine which they are. I've never rebuilt an engine that felt like this before so not convicted that riding it will fix it. I wondered whether it was the build oil as I did use a fair bit and havent really had a lot of heat in it yet to burn it all off bit did run it for a couple of minutes earlier today. Both cylinders are firing now as the coil connections were furred up. I'm going to re clean the cdi connection on the loom and make sure that's clean along with the other loom joints and take it from there.
