could some one give me some info on the genuine factory built Kenny Roberts signed rd 80 lc. I bought a pile of bikes and this was included and most have been sitting for about 15 years covered in dust. this bike was in a shop window in a yamaha dealer in England and was one of five factory bikes brought in. it has only 1000 miles from new and hasent seen the light of day from being bought.here is a photo I took as I got it.

Never heard of a factory KR paintjob, sure it's not a dream machine bike, done for promotional purposes,(Lucky Strike/Skoal Bandit spring to mind) where did you get the information from?

My brother bought a 125lc in about 86 which was sold as a factory Kenny replica but when the paint started cracking on the tank the dealer said it was done by dream machine and sent it back to be sorted. They also had them in red Steve baker colours.
