Powervalve bushes are in two parts is there rubber between the brass and aluminum

To add I put mie in a ultrasonic cleaner and they fell apart so I think I need new ones

There are rubber seals if that's what you're askng. Have a look at the parts book on rd350lc.net.

They are machine pressed together for life. They are such a tight fit, nothing should get in there and separate them. Ultrasonic would not have been the reason they broke down. I have never heard of this happening. Yep, time to order a new set.

That's what I thought the one that came apart had a bit miissing(chip) another has a chamfer worn in it!

OR steel sleeves the fragile easily worn out Ali bearing shaft bits on the oem PV casting? Nawww... too Good an upgrade repair.

been there had it done.in the past a mate of mine had a set of power valves machined up and the machinist made some sleeves to go on the valves .he made them from some sort of exotic alloy not steel though. aerospace industry he had to machine the bushes to size. machinist told my mate the bush material was not good or words to that effect.
