Spotted this on ebay about 2 years ago now with a buy it now of £500 just luck of the draw i guess, It had been listed in the wrong section and the title of the add just read "Bike" Bit of a bargin i thought. I,l buy that and flog in on for a quick buck as it was. Well after getting it home i started thinking about getting it runing and keep it as it was and just thrash it around the place for a while. That plan dident last long and i soon got sucked into it. Bit of a bonus was after stripping it down and finding it was a uk bike with match numbers, Dident have a clue about the numbers/import thing when i bought it. And today minus couple of grand later Realy fancy sticking a ypvs engine in it now.

I bought a tatty 4lo/31k hybrid for £550 about 2 year ago, the seller said there is some other bits to go with it which turned out to be brand new small can allspeeds & a spare ypvs top end amongst other bits, had to stop in a layby on way home and pinch myself things like this dont usualy happen to me, so i consider i got the bike for nowt & i dont grudge [much] spending on it

Don't ruin it by sticking a valve lump in it!!! Leave the proper LC engine in.

Are i should have said a few rather than a couple lol. I've probably spent well over 2k on the rebuild, Bought almost all the new parts off Norbo and he doesn't give receipts for his parts. With in one way is a negative point if you ever want to sell, But on another point you never quite know how much you have spent.
