TSA (http://www.twostrokeaddicts.co.uk/) for power all the way, some prefer Allspeeds for the sound though.

If you want period looks and sound Gibson will do you some small can "Allspeeds" or "Bean cans" but if you want something looking more modern and with the best performance ( mid and top ) you need some TSA's

As a guide, you're looking at about £400 for a set of pipes, maybe a bit more depending on finish. Gibson Allspeeds shouldn't need jetting changes but you may need to tweak the carb settings to get the best from them. Others can probably advise on the TSAs.

Get yourself some from Kenny (TSA) they proven to be as good if not better than most... A top guy making great parts, give him a shout. I've just got my stainless ones from him and they are fab!!

Hi Greeny, I had large can Gibsons in stainless on my old Lc hybrid; Nice pipes, well made and good guys to deal with. I have Kenny's (tsa) pipes on my F2 hybrid; Lovely looking pipes, very light and known for their performance increase. I like both sets, but if I was buying another pair, I'd be ringing Kenny, but it depends on the look you want as much as anything. Dusty

all depends what your after looks performance, i personally went for old school looks and sound, then tried to improve the performance i had with the spannies with larger carbs, reeds etc....so i got tony at gibsons to make me set of early mk1 microns i love them but they are loud! but i kinda like that. they were a one off as i have nk racing rear sets so they were made to the bike but if you have standard hangers would be a bit cheaper, anyway heres a pic, good luck with your pipes olly.

What about Higgspeeds..? You don't see many on 350's, is there a reason for this..? I know they sound great on triples

Our Allspeeds start at £325pr, detachable £395pr (inc alloy silencers). Multi cone and hydro formed power pipes also available from £450pr. We can make in mild steel or stainless. Choice of can finish as well. As most say depends on what style and finish you want for your bike. Gibson Exhausts - building exhausts in Essex since 1977

for the correct look and sound of the 80's then the Allspeeds are the pipe, I still think they are the best looking on an LC and if I eventually get to the end of my various testing etc then I may well put the old LC back to Allspeeds as I just think it makes the bike look right
