Interesting project. With luck and Perseverance you may one of the V few that managed to turbo a 2 stroke.. reliably. Mazda rotaries were/are Turbo'd 2 strokes (spare the semantics) those featured Dinner plate sized Compressors and ran to a Max! of 6psi on dedicated race engines.. 2 strokes inhale massive CFM. Factory designed/prepped Lemans entries managed a whopping 8 psi.. Erm .. No watercooling on that turbo? It's kinda important.

Doesnt that turbo have oil cooling? Isnt that the hole in the middle? should be ok to lube and cool the bearings if so, might need a nice small pump to run past a rad to do that and not need to use the bike's water then?

the turbo has both oil and water cooling and I intend using both !
