Hi from down under.
I have an LC 350/rs that I am building, I have also recently finished a full restore of an LC250.
I am not an electrician, I am a trial end error person, I use a rudimentary light probe negative/positive to see if I have power or not when sorting problems. That is my limited experience.
I cant seem to get power to my main headlight wires yellow and green.
I have two looms, an OEM, and a new aftermarket loom. I have tried both on the LC250, but can not seem to get power to the front light.
I have power to the pilot / park Blue wire, and dash lights come on. But no power to the yellow or green on the headlight wires. Activating high beam switch also has no effect, also the high beam on the dash light does not illuminate.
I have no globes in the pilot or headlight.
Please help.
Also I have a mysterious black wire that goes no where, coming out near the battery at the flasher relay, it sounds silly but im happy to put my hand up and ask what is this black wire (I take it earth wire ) for, and could it be the source of my light problem .

The Hut, you are a legend, A fresh set of eyes and some one who knows there stuff are a perfect combination. Thankyou so much bro, it was the case of a fuse that was brand new on the lighting circuit but was not completing the circuit. We now have High and low beam, and the high beam blue light on the dash works like a ripper. Thankyou again, you are a great man. Kindest regards Always.
