They look fantastic, considering doing mine in black chrome. Started polishing one of my mild steel TSA's and looks really nice like that but ofcourse would need to keep rubbing oil on to stop the rust.

Are they brand new pipes?as when I went to get my old all speeds chromed no one would touch them as it messes up there chemicals They have been on my bike and run for a good while, but I have a caustic bath that I put them in to clean them out, where I get these chromed he now has a hot caustic bath, so will do your exhausts for you, it will cost extra if they are really coked up, but he will still do them I would have thought

Price I can't comment on, ask Sean as its his business, turn around, well mine was taken on Monday and I got them back on Friday - is that quick enough !!! Normally a few weeks is about all it takes Sean to get stuff done for you See the link here for Sean's details, he is in Leeds now ... rdlccrazy.proboards.com/thread/23481/chrome-platerHTH

Hi, I would like to get mine chromed as they are Zintec coated mild steel. Had a quote from Collins (London)for £250.00 the pair which seems the going rate . Still undecided as it's a lot of wedge on top of the cost of the pipes. They do look fantastic chromed though.

Dusty Give Sean a call, tell him you have a set of pipes identical to mine (Muttsnuts) and ask for a quote, he's very good and sticks to his quotes, you have nothing to lose

Polished ceramic coating ? Apparently it gives amazing heat transference properties, and they can be polished to quite a high sheen, VERY durable too. I have just begun looking into this as I have a pair of Martin77's which are mild steel. Apparently you can touch the exhausts like a minute after you stop the engine ( ??). Still researching this....... will post more, as I learn more! JB.
