Yep, as above 99.9% certain that a black will be an earth wire so just attach it to the nearest point on the frame. For peace of mind, you could check for continuity to the NEGATIVE of the battery first but I'm sure it will be ok.

Earth connection usually connected where the coils fix to the frame.

On my f2 it is connected to one of the regulator mounting point bolts....
