Hi all just re built my front forks just looking to see what the best fork oil to use and how much oil to put in them for best result for standard set up thanks rd350lc 4lo

I have just rebuilt my 4L0 forks using Hagon progressive springs & used 10w/30 oil with a 140mm air gap as recommended by Hagon.

I just did mine. Used 145ml Motul 15w... supposed to be 195 from the top of the stachion when it's slid right down with the spring out, apparently. There still off the bike, so can't tell you if I got it right.

Thanks guys put 150 ml of 10w30 engine oil in and work OK the big test will be when I ride it when I strip the forks down one had 100 ml and the other one had 150 ml of oil in so a big different ther so I will let u all know how I get on thanks for all the advice

Just done my standard forks and used Halfords 10w fork oil measured at 195 and it feels spot on really happy. I read somewhere that standard engine oil can go frothy don,t know if its true or not.
