Have you noticed in the second pic that one of the F2s has the disks the other way round.

That'll be mine. The whole wheel is on backwards. Has been since I bought it. The brake disc also has a chunk missing around one of the cooling holes. I really should sort both issues. May do it when I get home from work this afternoon.

And it's anyone's guess with regards to the hair. She was spotted revving a Race spec 250 before it went on the Dyno. It was white and pink so maybe it was her bike. Or as Roof said on the day, maybe she just follows it around with a paddock stand!

That "blingy" 'busa was at Ally pally show. He must have spent hours cleaning it after the little bit of rain we had.

Jess is Mark's (Gauloises YZR/RD500) daughter. I think the plan is that she's going to go racing and the bike has been built for her.

May do it when I get home from work this afternoon. The wheel isn't in backwards as that's not possible to do. Your discs are fitted the wrong way round. I'd get the one with a chunk missing sorted asap as it would't be pretty if it shattered while you were riding it!

Who is Jason Hills ?? and what did he do to his LC This is Jason's bike. It's got big carbs and a BDK ignition, running YPVS barrels and cool head but not sure what tune. Anyone else speak to him?

I think it has a Stan Stevens tune, I'm sure it was on the other forum a couple years back. Jess

I can't why he put the disks on backwards but yeah I should get it sorted.

He was taken to an inner London hospital, with a suspected fractured pelvis. That's the last I heard. I had heard that too! Apparently he was asking how bad his LC was but I guess he won't be riding anything for a while with a fractured pelvis. His LC hadn't faired so well either and will need a new front end (forks, wheel, clocks, levers ect) and the tank had a big dent and probably need the frame checked after such a heavy front end shunt. One of the forks had broken off where the hole for the wheel spindle was . Shame as it was a very nice clean standard LC too!

I arrived in Noak Hill just as the ambulance crew were treating that fella. I have been wondering all weekend how the poor bloke was. Fractured pelvis is not good, but It could have been much worse. Took me ages to find the place and some nice bloke on a blingy thingy tried to show me the way. However, I got caught up behind a van when two loose horses came down the road and I lost him. When I got there, that V4 in the Kenny colours caught my eye and I was drooling. My plan was to put my standard F2 on the dyno but when I heard them revving the nuts off the bikes on the dyno, I sort of, ermm ... bottled it. Nice dry day though and great to see all those screamers.

That was a cracking day, four of us had a great ride there through all the twisties and once we arrived were greeted with pure two stroke porn all day and great food from the BBQ too....well done team Gibson I have seen plenty of dyno runs before but there is nothing quite like a tuned stroker with expansion chambers at full chat and a car park full of top class bikes with like minded people to chat to, just when I thought things couldn't get any better as we were leaving the photographer stopped me for a photo shoot of my GSX1100et for their 'showstopper' feature Carling don't make top days out but if they did that has to be one of them PS. hope the guy who had the accident is doing OK

Thanks for everyone coming along, was a great day for everyone involved. The Pink and White TZR is Jess's race bike. She had never ridden a bike in her live till Feb this year. We gave her some lessons around the yard on a RXS100 and two weeks later she took her ACU test at Brands Hatch on a freezing cold day. She has her ACU race licence now, but due to her age (only 16) she can not do track days. So this year has been doing parades with BEMSEE until she builds up speed to race. The poor fella on the LC had a 5 hour operation at the weekend to re-attach his hip joint. I'm dropping his LC back to his house tonight, so will find out more info then. Spoke to CMM today and they are very happy with how the day went and are looking into running another event next year or maybe something a bit different here in the South. So if you have any ideas or would like to see another day, then please let us know and I can pass on your views. Even better give their editor an email thanking him for the day, he can then pass these onto his boss Thanks agin Tony
