I wouldn't rebore to plus 2.5mm as would leave the liner too thin. Best to get it resleeved

Yes but that's not cheep mate and can take ages to do . you may fined that the piston hits the inner ring. id get the barrels done to take a TZ O ring my self /

Then the simple way would be the copper one but a normal head gasket will be to small and the piston will hit the inner ring so this seems like the way to go .

Use a standard original Yamaha head gasket which has a bore size of about 65mm and open it out using a dremmel...
I have seen barrels bored to 3mm oversize using other pistons on a 4L0, so is do-able....
I had problems with copper head gaskets so went back to original Yamaha ones bored out.

I thought it was a reasonable idea LB, even if Bare didn't, just being his usual self which is crucial so we all get both sides of the fence. Please no offence intended Bare and I know you couldn't give a rats anyway, again I like that.
For me if I could I would go the O ring. my second choice, as I cant go an O ring would be my first choice the copper gasket. Considering the compressable ring set up on the OEM gasket it would be tricky to open it out. The copper can be re-annealed and re used. I would use a thin smear of holamar or another heat proof gasket material and us the copper. Just my two bobs worth.

Theres a guy on ebay uk from the USA . Copper gaskets unlimited I think . He will make one for you with any size bore you want . It will need a coat of Wellseal or similar on it if you use one . Search RD350LC head gasket and he comes up .

Im on a +2 over bore on a 31K using standard gaskets should I be worried?
I did get the gaskets from the same place who did the bore and supplied the pistons and got a note on how to grind the powervalves back so they dont catch the piston in the package
