Found this on ebay has anyone tried it? www.ebay.de/itm/Yamaha-RD-350-YPVS-Kurbewelle-31-K-LC-1-WW-360-/261278366049?pt=Motorrad_Kraftradteile&hash=item3cd5677961Translated:
Hello! To auction a crankshaft for RD 350 LC, 31 K, 1 WW, for the YPVS motors. It has 360 degree stroke offset, that is more torque, corotation, true parallel-twin, of course fibriert even stronger. It was compressed from me for good used parts and balanced. The two center bearings are brand new bearings from NKE DIN 6305 / Austria. Have been tested as a wave in my "off-RD", works fine. Also, the ignition must not be rebuilt because the Lima fires in the upper and the lower dead point. Warranty and return of course I can not afford since I am a pure private man and hobbyists. Driving my RD 31 K, however, for more than 300,000 km, and the crankshaft encamped, verpreße and I heave itself has long Enjoy the increase, greeting Eugene.

A "big bang" RD - would be interesting and sound very different.

Someone else did this to an LC crank (if my memory serves me right) but apparantly the bike vibrated like hell. He had to do some extensive balancing to the crank, I remember the image and there was quite a lot of meat taken off from the top halves of the crank webs.

I guess someone just made a mistake when he rebuilt it and tought that it would be a great idea to sell it as a 360 , it's more like a zero degree to me .

Shouldn't a 4stroke one be called a 720?

Norton built a (same layout crank) jack hammer as well. Mine used to split kerb stones 3ft away.
