i have just bought a 250 lc motor from local yam dealer,its been sat under a bench for god no how long,i have taken the head off she is on standard bore,but the pistons are stuck and cannot remove the barrels,so any advice would be good,she is going in my hybrid with 350 barrels on her

As above but you can use diesel too, should free it up.

Or a few squirts of WD40 and then let it soak and then prob some two stroke oil as well

Diesel is much better than WD40. WD40 doesn't have good penetrating effects, the silicone content is better for protecting against water ingress than freeing off rust/oil/gum deposits.

been using gt 85 all day,will try diesel next,used heat as well to soak the oil down in there

Are you trying to pull the barrels up and off from the piston after lubing ?
Try putting a load of washer under the head studs (to take up the space from the removed head), and screw the head studs to the barrel.
Then try rocking back and forward (light enough not to open) the big nut on the flywheel side of the crank.
It could be that the bottom ring aint getting any of the lubing and is still well solid.

block up the exhaust port and inlet port and warm some engine oil in a sauce pan then pore on top of the pistons.saw an aircraft engine freed up like that once.

Soaked them over the last few days,today heated them block of wood and tapped them free,only took about 2 hours though,but got spare barrels now as have tuned ones to,go on hybrid
