Thanks All for the positive comments and to Matt7 and Paul for adding the pictures could not figure out how to get the pictures to show, could you do the same for the 3rd picture as always looks better from the other side showing the pipes. Norbo this is what I should have been riding when Different Strokes had their meet at Fromebridge Mill, Whitminster in Gloucestershire instead of my CB1300, still ready to go soon. Lets hope we have a few more weeks of dry roads and sunshine. The legal sized number late was fitted last night ready for MOT, but always looks better with smaller one. I will post up some more pics shortly. cheers All Rich.

Lovely, just how a special should be. Subtle changes without losing the theme of the original bike.

Hi Rich, that was the plan to do upgrades but keep it as you said subtle. Have got a complete rgv usd front end that did think of installing but decided to stick with the Thundercat front end. Not sure if to fit the standard mirrors have got a bar end one which will probably fit or try and get hold of a set of rzv mirrors but they are like rocking horse shit.

Hi, Looks delicious. Iv always liked 500 LC,s, but never even sat on one. I always felt they were a bit like ehrmmm...Susanna Reid who is on the BBC news in the morning, or someone like that. I couldnt affoard one, or probably handle the power, and for a swamp donkey like me, it just wouldnt be right. As I said, out of my leauge, lol steven.

MOT passed, went for a quick spin before the rain came down. Handles real nice, feels light and manouverable although did not push it, like to get a few miles on brand new tyres first. Sounds amazing and seems to pull from a bit lower than with standard pipes but when she gets to 6k start livening up and then at 6.5k takes off with a real wail but not too loud, gorgeous. The weight saving over standard pipes is noticeble saves about 26lb. Well chuffed and as copper99 says draws a lot of attention did not think the MOT tester was going to give me it back. Rich.

Hi Vinnie, all being well will be at Cranham this coming Wednesday night. Is yours on the road, would be good to see you there, have talked with you a few times at various shows, hopefully Roger from the area will be there too on his 500. Three 500's together would be something. cheers Rich.

My 500 is on the road mate but had an accident a week or so ago in the shed It fell off the paddock stand and fell onto my TLR and cracked a couple of panels to say the air was blue would be an understatement! the belly pan and top fairing are at the painters. I have been setting the PWK's up spending hundreds on jet's, needles etc and setting up the zeeltronic and getting the powervale settings just right and it feels I'm getting somewhere now and was hoping to get some miles on the fresh bores until this happened! I hope however to try and make Gupshill on the 25th but will come out Wednesday on the TLR and see both of yours if your out...... weather permitting!
