Ebay item number 130962618158 . A very pretty KR1S with a 250 LC engine. I wish, I lived a little closer as it would be interesting to see. Not sure why a 250 LC engine has been used as it would be down on power compared to the original, looks really nice though.

Nice that. Power issue would be easy to fix, just drop a 350 YPVS lump in there

Hi, I had a look at that too, but the "Q" plate put me off. Shame, as it looks a nice special.

Bought it, collecting it over the weekend. Going to drop a stroked YPVS motor in it

Been for a 60 mile ride on it today, engine is crisp and well set up no splutter or flat spots and the pipes sound awesome. Just need to get a valve motor now to drop in it over the winter

Hi It's good to hear you are pleased with it. It does look a nice bike, and I was very tempted, especially with the Ducati money burning a hole in my pocket !! The "Q" plate was a big issue for me, and although I have a spare Kr1s frame in the shed on an "H" plate, I passed on it. It will be great with a valve engine in it.
Regards
Dusty
