not when you factor in the engine strip/rebuild which it will need and the other bits and bobs, unless you can do it all yourself, that could end up being an expensive purchase

well.it will cost at least £1000 for engine rebuild,which will take it to £6000.and for a rebuilt.good rd500,will cost you 7-8 grand,so £5500 is not bad for that one as it LOOKS pretty clean..so..i think its cheap..but could be wrong...

Looks a bit pricey to me, but I don't understand why it should need a complete rebuild?? I know they don't like sitting, but you might only need a crank rebuild and a set of rings?? basically down to how much of a risk you want to take, just like with an LC/PV only this time it twice the gamble.
