Depends how big you are as mito's are small. I am only five foot eight and sat on one yesterday and did feel very small

And it's going to be more reliable with a power valve engine?

YES DO IT MATE !!! I'm just starting the same project , bought a mito frame ( with the ypvs conversion kit ) from Dex 46 ( thanks Andy ) and I'm going to use the power valve motor from my lc hybrid project which I've now put on hold to progress the mito 350 ..... Have you got a ypvs motor already or are you starring from scratch ?

the mito one is fine for even a tuned valve motor wayne, the top hose even goes straight on(sort of!),but the bottom one needs a custom one.hth.

I'm running my rad backwards.. had the bottom inlet rotated 90degrees and a filler cap added as recommended by Doug.. picking it up today.. excited.com
Have heard reports of the rad coming into contact with the front wheel.. but I've bounced the shit out of it and it seems to be a fair bit off it..

Right thanks for that , mito rad it is then ; luckily mito spares are cheap too . I've got a 916 front end ready to go in and a trick carbon seat unit for it as well ..... Can't wait to get stuck in to it !!!!!

When I ran my rad backwards it would hit the tyre under hard braking, I moved the rad forwards a bit and turned it the right way round.....there should be a pick of the rad brackets on my bikepics page.... Mmmmmmm.....carbon :-)

im going to get my heavy friend round to compress the forks.. yeah i saw the wee brackets you made up.. if i run it the right way round i'll have to reweld the lower pipe back in the original position.. could maybe try moving it up a tad if it becomes an issue.. all a work in progress at the moment lol which reminds me i need to busy myself with making a flywheel holder so i can get the flywheel nut torqued up and forget about the motor!
