open a non payment case least you will get your selling fee's back mate name and shame him for the rest of us to watch out for

If the next highest bidder had a decent size bid that you would be happy to sell at, then you can send a Second Chance Offer through the Actions section in your Sold Item list.
I would also add the time-wasting bidder to your Blocked Bidder list too .. and post his ebay username on here so that anyone else who sells on the site can add the name to their blocked bidders.

B1kes4ever add to block list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 asked for contact details as he was 0 bideer replied to say he had forgot his phone No and then never replied I made several attempts. Can you block 0 bidders? Its a pain in the hole after waiting 10 days with mny offers to end early.I thought i was doing the right thing,

you can set buyer preferences, i set mine so those who Don't have a PayPal account Have received 2 unpaid item(s) recorded on their account within 1 month(s) Have a primary delivery address in a location I don't post to Have 4 policy breaches reported within 1 month(s) Have a Feedback score of 5 or lower set your own settings by using the following ACCOUNT > SELLER DASHBOARD > PREFERENCES > Block certain eBay buyers from bidding on or purchasing your items. THEN SET YOUR OWN PREFERENCES
