4L1/4L0 handle bar clamp torque ?

Hi,
I cant find a handle bar clamp torque setting in the haynes manual, for the two clamps that hold the handle bars on.
Mabey it is there, but I cant see it.
What should it be please?

14 ~ 22Nm (1.4 ~ 2.2m/kg or 10.0 ~ 15.8ft/lb)

Make sure you have the arrows on the clamps pointing forward and tighten to 20 Nm or 14 ft-lb, tightening the front bolts first then the rear ones.
