I'm sure some of you will know me from the Aircooled forum . Norbo certainly does ....he bought my RD250a the day after it won best 250 at the
Club rally a couple of years ago.
As soon as I get this pending house move out the way and get my new garage built I'll be on the lookout for an LC again .
Had a quick look over the site but can't see a 'FOR SALE' area . ??
Can somebody steer me in the right direction please . Cheers .

That's his name Andy, its Gazz but he is called Johnny for short. I have called him a lot worse than that in the past. Gazz is one of the old school air Cooled RD club members but I think he is putting his pipe and slippers away and buying an LC

On the air cooled stand at donnington I was told an LC was just a poor mans TZ Ooo er mrs Yes, and a Jag is a poor mans Roller. Just think Mick, you would be re-building it every fortnight with the mileage you sometimes do! That's if you were a rich man. Utter Bollox!

I thought the LC was one of the best looking bikes of all time . Next to the Ducati 748/916. That's the only reason for showing an interest really . In all honesty the watercooling achieved bugger all IMO apart from the 'marketing' . I remember a mechanic in the Local Kawasaki dealership saying 'Yamaha had a lot of TZ bits going spare . Ummmm . Utter rubbish really , and to think he ended up being Rob Mcelnea's chief mechanic . Still a stunning looking bike even after all these years though . A proper classic ....shame so many have been , how can I say this without being 'boo'ed of the forum ....urm 'personalized'

I like both the Air cooled and the Water cooled, both very different but both lovely bikes.
I will never part with my LC, I think the air cooled boys were winding you up Mick as most of us air cooled boys have LCs as well.
