can you help with frame and engine ID?

Hi all...the more i look at my LC 350 the more of a miss mash i am finding during the 22 years ive had it and its 3rd rebuild!..i really didnt pay attention to numbers etc in the passed but have found the engine and frame numbers to be matching...oh yeah i thought...then realised i think i have 250 frame and engine numbers..4l1-0053........and the carbs are marked with 31K00 can anyone help on this? cheers Paul.

Well it started out life as a 1980 RD250LC according to this rd350lc.net/pageIDENTIFICATION.htm

The carbs are of an early model ypvs and are the better carb.
