It's down to riding style. If you are going to ride hard then they are worth the money. I have never fitted then to an LC, although i have fitted them to an FZ and they made an improvement. I have heard good reports on hagon springs for LCs. If you are not thrashing, then a fresh change of fork oil can make a significant difference.

just fitted them to my RD250LC with the 10 weigh oil they supplied, finding them too stiff also a bitch to compress as they are longer, gonna call them tomorrow as I think they have sent me the wrong springs, I fitted a set about three years ago, and don't recall them being like this....

i have put a set in and was impressed- but i also went nuts and changed all bushes and seals as well, but i do use it on trackdays tho-also very impressed with new hagon shock also, the suspension is a little stiff at mo and i gotta play with rear shock preload a bit more but bike rides like its new

agree with Crip - I have a set fitted but they are tricky to compress in with stopper and get the clip in. Btw see other threads about oil level - it's 140ml fork oil, and height (195mm? from memory could be wrong) measured with spring out and leg compressed. I've opted for std but preloaded springs on my lc/pv hybrid.

Best thing I have ever done with the front end. The harder you brake the better they get.
