Pending on what 350 you have and what pilot size. Your Haynes manual will tell you, it will be from 3/4 to 1/1/4 turns out as per your model. Stop. If you have to ask that question, have you re jetted the bike to suit the improvements you have made. Are you running standard reeds, has the engine been ported at all. What kind of motor, YPVS?
Post up motor type, carbs you are using and any other mods. At a minimum someone here will hopefully prevent you from destroying a new engine. For example if you do not know what pilots, what mains, what needle, and what clip position your carbs have then you should Stop, find that out first, do some research then ask some questions if you cant find the answers. At a minimum, Personally I would be going up a couple of main jet sizes and making sure the needle is the right size and set on the middle clip. there is plenty of good info on the web on how to tune the pilot circuit/ air screw adjustment.
Good luck
