got a set of tzr 250 6 petal fibre reeds bonded to 10 mm spacers that were in my ypvs.
pic in the for sale section.

Here's my attempt at fitting 2MA reeds  got some 6mm spacers from NK, cut the cages off an old set of reeds & sandwiched the reeds between the two, bonded together with 3bond & the gaps filled with JB weld then sanded down.  The finished article ;D  |

The 6mm spacer means you don't have to open up the inlet, definitely better than the standard metal reeds.
