Hi all new to the forum, and just got myself an F2 , first thing I did was take off the carbs, as the float was sticking then came accross another problem.. its running standard jets but has allspeed large can exhausts, so does anybody know how many jet sizes up i should take it? does anything else need altering? any advice appreciated, thanks.

If you look in the tech section, there's a piece on jetting. I think all speeds need to be up jetted. I agree, do a plug chop, but start with a best guess. If it's been running like that for a while it could well be OK - do you know the history?

No history on bike apart from had a new top end not long ago so can't do a plug chop just yet... put carbs back on today and still pouring fuel out, when I took them off didn't see anything wrong with them but i'm guessing it must be the float/float valve being the problem, anyone have any ideas? set the floats to 21mm.

Put clear tube on bowl at bottom of carb, lift tube up side of carb, open drain screw at bottom of bowl and this will show you the level of floats, adjust until level is at the point where the bowl joins to carb top, may take a few goes,so best remove carbs, hope this helps
