I've got my lc wheels booked in for powder coating and been told to remove tyres, bearings etc. But,how the hell do I remove the front wheel bearings? The rear wheel is ready, but do I need to do anything about the sprocket holding bolts as they seem to be on rubbers. Any advice please. thanks.

As For The Front Wheel Bearing Just Use A Round Bar & Move The Inner Spacer To One Side One Side Will Move The Other Side Wont , Then Just Belt the Bearing Out With The Bar , Im Guessing Its A 250 Rear Wheel , I Have Had Them Done Before & The Rubber Dampers Have Been Ok Some Powder Coaters Wont Do Em Tho ...Norbo Sells New Ones If It Goes Tits Up .....

Cheers matey, very grateful for that. Kind of imagined the removal was gonna be like that,I'll be putting new bearings back in anyhow. Thanks again,Johnny.
